Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION We understand that sometimes you may have to cancel an appointment and that’s okay. However, we ask that you give us at least 72 HOURS' notice; otherwise, a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of your treatment will be charged as it is very difficult to fill appointments on short notice. If you need to cancel, please give us a text or use our online booking system. Please don’t email or message on social media. If you are informing us of a cancellation within the 72 hour time frame then you are unable to make changes online and ask that you call or text. Please be prepared to 50% late cancellation fee. Failure to pay will result in all future appointments terminated. NO SHOWS & LATENESS We will do our best not to cancel or re-arrange your appointments and to run on time however if this is the case we will always try our best to inform you in good time. We really appreciate you doing the same. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment the technician has a right to refuse service and 50% treatment cost will still remain payable. No shows are not Tolerated if you fail to show without contact you will not be allowed to return to the salon unless 50% of treatment cost is paid and all future bookings will require payment upfront. COURSE BOOKINGS If you book a course of treatments we understand that things can come up in the weeks and months the course is carried out and scheduled. The same policy applies if you have a scheduled session but need to reschedule 72 hours' notice is required. If you cancel within 72 hours or no show then no further payment will be required however you will lose that session from the course booking and it will not be rescheduled. If you are more than 15 minutes late for the session the same rule applies.
