POISON APPLE BEAUTY LTD is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when a client cancels without giving enough notice, it potentially prevents another client from utilizing the service. No-shows and late cancellations have a substantial impact on the technician’s income which in turn can cause financial hardship.  For those reasons, POISON APPLE BEAUTY LTD has implemented a Booking policy that covers cancellations and amendments, and it will be strictly monitored and applied against those who do not comply.

  • B O O OK I N G

All clients must book appointments online at www.poisonapplebeauty.co.uk Appointments are not approved until the technician which whom the client has requested the treatment accepts the booking request. All technicians at POISON APPLE BEAUTY LTD should approve booking requests within 24 hours however during busier periods please allow up to 72 hours. It is at the point of approval that the client has entered into a contractual agreement to attend POISON APPLE at the date and time that was requested.

Approval of the booking request will be communicated via email to the address provided at the time of booking and again 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If the client wishes to receive an SMS reminder 24 hours before the appointment time, then they must select this at the time of booking. Failure to attend on the date or time will prompt the induction of the Booking policy.

  • C A N C E L L A T I O N S / A M E N D M E N T S / L A T E N E S S / N O   S H O W S      

POISON APPLE BEAUTY LTD strictly operates a NO cancellation and No-Show policy. Once a client’s booking request has been confirmed any cancellations that occur are subject to a charge determined at the technician’s discretion. Failure to make a payment that is owed to the technician may result in legal action being taken against the client. It will also disallow the ability to book any future appointments within the salon. The same policy applies in the event the client does not show up for the scheduled appointment.

POISON APPLE BEAUTY LTD allows clients to amend the booking ONCE up to 7 days prior to the initial scheduled appointment. Amendments that fall inside of the 7-day period will require the client to make full payment for the rescheduled appointment.

Any amendments can be made by creating an account on POISON APPLE BEAUTY LTD website by using the email address used to book the appointment or by downloading the APP. If this is not possible the client must contact the technician directly to make amendments. All staff can be found on our team page which provides direct links to the technician’s social media platforms. Alternatively, the client can ring the salon on 0151 7057371 and will be passed to the technician to deal with directly.

In the rare event, the technician cannot meet the needs of the client and must reschedule or decline the appointment on the date or time requested, the technician will communicate with the client via SMS to the mobile number provided at the time of booking. The client will also receive an amendment email once a new time or date is agreed upon.

POISON APPLE BEAUTY LTD expects the client to turn up on their scheduled time, if the client is late the technician has a right to refuse service or offer a partial service if possible, full or partial  payment of the treatment cost will still be required and determined by the technician.

 

  • P A Y M E N T S  &  D E P O S I T S 

Any appointments with Technicians Kaytee OR Emma will allow you to pay online in full or give you the option to split payments using an outsourced finance company KLARNA or LAYBUY.

​

Clients that opt to pay in person for all other technicians including Kaytee and Emma may be required to pay a percentage of the overall treatment cost to secure the date and time that they have requested. The appointment request will not be confirmed until the booking fee is paid. Failure to pay the requested booking fee within 24 hours will result in the booking request being declined.

Some technicians may not require a booking fee however the booking policy still applies. Technicians that require a booking fee will contact the client via SMS providing bank details for transfer.

POISON APPLE BEAUTY LTD is a business that strives to be as accommodating as possible. But it is not always possible or affordable at times. Implementing a clear and direct Policy, creates equality to all clients using the services and allows a level of protection for the team from costly last-minute changes or cancellations. The policy may seem strict to some however it is fair. Please be mindful before booking an appointment at the salon and ensure you have fully read all the policy.
